Menus
Whether you are looking for Cocktail, Buffet or Formal Dining, we can tailor a menu to suit your food and budget requirements. We can also cater for any special dietary requirements, as well as for children. Simply CLICK HERE to view our sample menus. |

Beverages
We are able to offer you an extensive range of New Zealand and international wines, beers and other non-alcoholic beverages, and will try to compliment the food and match with different beverages where possible. If you want to provide your own beverages (subject to individual venues), we are happy to help with recommended suppliers. |

Hireware
We work with hire companies which are able to provide linens, glassware, cutlery, crockery, furniture, ovens (depending on venue), and any other requirements you may have for your function.
Prices are determined once we have met with you, and will be included in the final quote.
Entertainment
We work with DJ's and also a live cover band called Avidiva - please have a look and contact them at their website www.avidiva.com. Should you require live music for your wedding or function then please dont hesitate to give them a call.

Staff
We are able to provide a team of professional staff - Minimum of 3 hours
Chef $35.00 excl. GST per person/hour
Function Supervisor $30.00 excl. GST per person/hour
Wedding Co-Ordinator $30.00 excl. GST per person/hour
Service Staff $25.00 excl. GST per person/hour |

Setup & cleanup of your Venue
Our team will setup and create your wedding reception to your specific style and needs. After the function, we will ensure the venue is cleaned up as per venue specifications (these requirements will be discussed during our meeting).
